Welcome to Iara Interiors. This website ( iarainteriors.com ) and the services offered on it are owned by Iara Ortega Garafulic, a natural person operating under the identification number 20.882.116-4 (hereinafter, "the Administrator" or "Iara Interiors"), who also operates and manages them.
By accessing our website iarainteriors.com and hiring our consultancy or design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.
Please read these terms carefully before conducting transactions or initiating a design project with us.
1. Legal Information and Site Administration
This website and all related business activities are managed by Iara Ortega Garafulic, with legal residence in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile and registration/identification number 20.882.116-4. All invoices, payments, and contractual agreements are processed directly under this legal identity, which corresponds fully with our payment processing integration through dLocal Go.
2. Relationship with Professional Services
Iara Interiors offers commercial and residential interior design services, both in-person and online (E-Design). Our recommendations, plans, and material specifications serve as conceptual and aesthetic guidelines. We do not offer civil engineering, structural architecture, or general construction services.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, 3D renderings, mood boards, and creative concepts developed by Iara Interiors during the provision of services remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Administrator, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Payments and Cancellations
E-Design packages and design consultancy sessions are paid in advance and are non-refundable once conceptual design work or the consultancy session has started, due to the highly customized nature of creative work. All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
5. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be published immediately on this page and will take effect at the time of publication.
