Welcome to Iara Interiors. By accessing our website iarainteriors.com and hiring our consultancy or design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.
Please read these terms carefully before conducting transactions or initiating a design project with us.
1. Professional Services Relationship
Iara Interiors provides commercial and residential interior design services, both in-person and online (E-Design). Our recommendations, layouts, and material specifications serve as conceptual and aesthetic guidelines. We do not provide civil engineering, structural architecture, or general contracting services.
2. Intellectual Property
All design layouts, 3D renderings, mood boards, and creative concepts developed by Iara Interiors during the delivery of services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Iara Interiors, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Payments & Cancellations
E-Design packages and design consultancy sessions are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the conceptual design work or the consultancy session has commenced, given the highly customized nature of creative work.
4. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be published immediately on this page and will become effective upon posting.
